Job Title: Lab Technician

What we are looking for (Requirements of Position):
 

• We are seeking a self-starter.
• Required competencies include technical aptitude, basic computer skills, basic laboratory skills, teamwork, and communication (both written and oral).
• Ambition to learn and perform testing in a lab environment.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

 
Responsibilities:
Selected individual will complete and manage technical lab work related to Aerospace surface technologies, dealing with full Metal Pretreatment Process including cleaners, deoxidizers, conversion coatings, working closely with manufacturing, commercial team, field Application Engineering, and Product development.
 
What we offer (Description of Position, Key Tasks):
 

• Position requires participation in testing Aerospace product batches from the manufacturing facility.
• Work closely with Application Engineering on customer lab testing & reporting.
• Runs and upkeeps laboratory equipment, supports ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods.
• Ensures laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with customer lab demonstrations and customer training.
