Title: Field Service Technician I 
Location: Euless, TX, 76012
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Shift Hrs: M-F 9-6 1hr lunch
Payrate: $19.50/hr on W2

Job description:

• Is this position remote or in person? Work out of home running field dispatch cases •
• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Running field dispatch cases •
• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Ability to work on their own and great customer support • 
• Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? Tech will be in oncall rotation and yes there is a differential for being oncall How many overall years of experience should this person have? Need at least 1 year of printer repair experience and some field dispatch experience in the field •
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? No but A+ would be nice •
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $21 per hr •
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Any where from 40-50 miles a day to 70 miles a day, •
• How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? asap •
