Sonesta hotels strive to create a warm and welcoming environment, where guests can rest and relax in comfort and style Working with a sense of pride, the room attendant will play an essential role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a sparkling clean and comfortable stayWhat youll do:Clean and tidy assigned hotel rooms according to established standardsEnsure guests receive fresh linens and towels in accordance with hotel standards Restock room amenities such as soap and shampooMake beds and replace bedding as neededVacuum, dust, mop, and tidy up hotel rooms and common areasReport any maintenance issues or lost and found items to supervisorMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as neededThe essentials:Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitudeProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to stand, or work in a mobile capacity for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift mattresses or other heavy objects with or without a reasonable accommodation. Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols and proceduresFlexibility to work a variety of hours and shifts, including weekends and holidaysPrevious experience as a room attendant or in a similar role preferred, but not required. We will provide training.03 Years of Experience
