Looking for a Data Governance Specialist to support customer data quality, governance, and compliance in a retail environment.

Role Overview:
Looking for a Data Governance Specialist to support customer data quality, governance, and compliance in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain customer data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency)
- Apply and enforce data governance policies, standards, and rules
- Maintain data catalog, metadata, and data lineage
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams
- Experience in data governance and data quality
- Strong understanding of customer data in retail environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (including C-suite)
- Knowledge of data privacy, PII, and compliance requirements
