Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hourly

Responsibilities:
- Consulting with IT managers, Directors and other departments as required.
- Providing IT assistance to staff.
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
- Identify and resolve issues with technology, such as hardware, software, and networks.
- Set up and support hardware, software, printers, Tablets and phones.
- Work with other technicians, internal and external resources to resolve issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT support technician.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Spiceworks.
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Power Bi)
- Microsoft SQL.
- Windows 10, 11 Professional.
- Windows server 2012 to 2021.
- Android OS. (Tablets).
- Manage Engine software.
- Structured wiring, Access control, Cameras, Installation and troubleshooting.
- Laser printer maintenance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
