Job Title: New Verticals, Business Development Representative
Location: Remote
Duration: 05 Months
 
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
 
Job Summary:
  • We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale client’s healthcare business.
  • As an outbound BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers.
  • Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by engaging decision-makers at healthcare organizations.
  • You’ll work closely with sales to build a high-quality pipeline, create engaging email and phone campaigns, and generate business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Engage and qualify leads by understanding their healthcare logistics challenges and needs
  • Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Manage and track activities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to refine messaging and target segments
 
What We Look For:
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences
  • Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up-to-date about the logistics industry
  • Desire to build a career in sales
  • A high degree of ownership and grit
  • Nice to have - experience in the logistics industry
