Demonstrated minimum 7+ years of total experience in configuring OpenText VIM and ICC.
VIM Functional Consultant · Enhancing the SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solution by improving automation, usability, and controls. It includes automating the import of SuccessFactors data into VIM, replicating existing PMI customizations for LOA approval processing, enhancing invoice selection capabilities through additional fields, modifying the CVIM auto posting program, implementing or replicating VIM logging functionality, updating P2P expense type configurations, and strengthening substitute-user validation to prevent invalid user assignments.
Production support for VIM and ICC related issues, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution
Ability to write/understand ABAP Coding
Functional knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable module
Must have hands on experience with VIM custom developments, Ex: Custom Indexing screens, custom idoc integration, etc.
Debug code of OpenText VIM
Design, Implement & deliver agreed enhancements/changes in the customer environment.
Get required sign-offs from customer stakeholders within agreed timelines and schedule. Complete ownership of changes to be delivered as agreed with customer.
