Job Title: Senior Consultant - Facets Claims & Informatica Location: Onsite, Hybrid & Remote available Duration: 3.6 year Experience - 10 Years
Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Facets, Healthcare Claims, Informatica, SQL, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of healthcare payer systems, claims processing, and existing Facets architecture. The consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing data integration processes, analyzing claims data, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities • Provide subject matter expertise in Facets Claims processing and architecture. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Design, develop, and support Informatica ETL workflows and mappings. • Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. • Support healthcare claims processing, adjudication, and data integration requirements. • Investigate and resolve production issues related to Facets, claims data, and ETL processes. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and development teams. • Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and regulatory changes. • Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and data governance practices. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. • Create and maintain technical and operational documentation. • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer operations and Claims lifecycle. • Hands-on experience with Facets data structures and claims modules. • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter development and support. • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills. • Experience working with large healthcare data environments. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
