Job Title - Customer Service Technical Support Analyst Location - Remote Duration - 12 Months Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Shift expected to cover later business hours due installations time completion. Approximately 11:00 AM-7:00 PM or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Job Description: This role supports reliable exam delivery by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting test-center hardware, software, CCTV equipment, and supporting systems in collaboration with the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and VSS teams.
Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, test, and support approved test-center hardware, software, CCTV equipment, and related systems. • Coordinate deployments with NOC and VSS teams and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues. • Validate system readiness and document results, issues, and follow-up actions. Other Responsibilities • Perform other related technical support duties and project activities as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications • One to two years of technical support experience with Windows applications, computer hardware, and customer service. • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 11 and Windows Server environments. • Working knowledge of hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Preferred Qualifications • Diploma or associate degree in related technology discipline, CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification, and CCTV support experience are preferred. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities • Systematic hardware and software troubleshooting with strong attention to detail. • Clear verbal and written communication with strong customer service and follow-up skills. • Effective planning, prioritization, teamwork, and adaptability to changing schedules and requirements.
