Job Description:

• Canada systems operations role provides hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure management, server administration, and automation scripting, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, network security, and end-user support.
• This includes desktop and Mac support, as well as monitoring and maintaining complex IT environments to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• The chosen candidate will play a key role in managing the IT infrastructure for the Toronto organization, with responsibilities that include configuring, installing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting both applications and client hardware.
• This individual will ensure desktop systems run smoothly, resolve technical issues, and provide end-user support.
• The role requires close collaboration with network services, software engineering, and application development teams to restore service or diagnose problems. Additionally, the candidate will keep a log of troubleshooting activities to guarantee timely problem resolution.
• Main duties involve resolving hardware and software issues, executing system updates, and ensuring consistent network connectivity.
• Operating Systems & Administration:Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows servers, including advanced administration, Active Directory, and system performance monitoring, and JAMF platform management for Apple devices.
• BS degree with experience in desktop support and systems operations support and some AI knowledge 3-5 years' experience in systems operations support Enable Skills-Based Hiring
