Pay Rate: $26.79 / Hourly
Shift: 8hrs shift | Administration
Summary:
Under general supervision, responsible for coordination of documentation and support data processing.

Summary:
Under general supervision, responsible for coordination of documentation and support data processing.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain documents for tracking purposes, audit own work and make corrections, when needed.
- Generate more complex reports, and provide information to authorized individuals.
- Enter documents, checking for completion and correctness.
- Gather documents & materials, collates, distributes &/or files.
- Enter and/or scan information into database.
- Enter and distribute documents and forms daily.
- Data processing support to include maintaining database for all documentation and monitoring of computer equipment.
- Audit reports and files for discrepancies.
- May compile information from various documents or databases.
- Answer general questions or refer staff members to appropriate contacts.
- Participate on or lead teams to create efficient workflow
- Masters degree and/or Bachelors degree & 2 years of directly related experience or Associates degree & 6 years of directly related experience or High school diploma/GED & 8 years of directly related experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience with database, spreadsheet, and/or word process programs applications.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong experience in document control within a GMP/GDP/GLP regulated environment, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory and procedural requirements to ensure controlled documents meet compliance expectations.
- Skilled in managing the life cycle of controlled documents within electronic systems such as CDOCS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper alignment with applicable standards and approval workflows.
- Strong technical writing, editing, and document formatting skills are essential to support the creation, revision, and approval of high-quality documentation that withstands audit and inspection scrutiny.
- Project management and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting or implementing process improvements within a document management or compliance environment.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and web-based tools is required to support efficient documentation workflows and reporting.
- Experience supporting computerized systems documentation is highly preferred, including an understanding of document requirements associated with GxP computerized systems.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure documentation supports inspection readiness and ongoing compliance.
