Position Title: Logistics Associate II
Work Location: Portsmouth, NH 03801
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: Rotating Days - 12/hr days 7am - 7pm OR Tuesday - Saturday - 10am - 6pm
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Warehouse / Production Floor Environment with Physical Activity Required)
 
Position Summary:
Contributes within team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console Systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components.
Supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestic and internationally.
Demonstrates organization, time management of primary role requirements for one of the following areas within the Logistics department: (Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping and/or Warehouse)
 
Background & Context:
Role supports manufacturing operations and interacts with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance/Raw Materials/Quality Control, and Procurement stakeholders. Reports to Logistics Supervisor under Close Supervision (duties assigned per specified procedures with frequent work checks).
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs SAP transactions required for assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement)
• Performs Syncade required tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory).
• Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned procedures & obtains required qualifications.
• Demonstrates an understanding of cGMP’s required in the work environment.
• Performs Circular Chart required tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring).
• Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area.
• Performs safe and compliant operation of Class 1,2,3 & 4 for assigned area.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Utilizes DMS and Trackwise for assigned area.
• Perform other duties as they are assigned to support department.
• Operates PIT Equipment: Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Ride On’s, Order Pickers, etc.
• Performs Box Truck Driving.
• Handles Lukapak Receiving & Handling.
 
Qualification & Experience:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); BS preferred
• 0–4 years experience in Manufacturing/Logistics (Entry Level)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Safety: Must attend required monthly trainings. Must participate in Intelex to heighten safety awareness. Must comply with all safety policies of The Organization and site.
• Skills: N/A (no additional analytical capabilities specified beyond system proficiency and compliance focus)
 
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Normal working environment is Production Floor Setting / Warehouse.
Safety: Must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety training, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Must comply with safety policies of The Organization and site.
Quality Responsibility: Adherence to cGMPs is required at all times during the manufacture of APIs. All personnel own the quality of what they deliver and are responsible for notifying responsible management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, process deviations, product defects and related actions.
Physical Demands (Production related): Role requires Continuous/Frequent/Occasional performance of: Bending, Kneeling, Squatting, Climbing stairs, Climbing ladders, Heights, Standing, Walking, Sitting, Reaching, Driving, Fine motor skills, Gowning, and Lifting 50 lbs (per detailed frequency table in Essential Job Functions). Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
Mental Demands: Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and manage time to meet goals and objectives. Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines with frequent workload changes and competing demands.
