We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to grow our youth and student segments through high-impact partnerships (Campus and other strategic partnerships).
You will lead the development and execution of campus and non-campus partnerships that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term value across domestic and international students, as well as broader youth audiences.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with students and young customers - on campus and beyond - through relationships with educational institutions, youth-focused organizations, and strategic partners.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to grow our youth and student segments through high-impact partnerships (Campus and other strategic partnerships).
You will lead the development and execution of campus and non-campus partnerships that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term value across domestic and international students, as well as broader youth audiences.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with students and young customers - on campus and beyond - through relationships with educational institutions, youth-focused organizations, and strategic partners.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with priority post-secondary institutions including student associations, and international student offices, as well as youth-focused organizations, and relevant ecosystem partners
- Design and execute acquisition and engagement programs across campus and non-campus channels together with internal partners
- Lead partnership strategies tied to key moments such as admissions, arrival, back-to-school, and early career transitions
- Develop and manage sponsorships, co-branded initiatives, and scalable partnership programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance and Branch teams to deliver integrated, compliant experiences
- Identify new growth opportunities through emerging partnerships, channels, and community ecosystems
- Analyze performance data to optimize acquisition, onboarding, and retention outcomes across segments
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to strengthen positioning and partnership strategy
- Develop and present partnership proposals, business cases, and strategic recommendations
- Manage partner onboarding, payments & expense management
- Launch campaigns aimed at the post-secondary student segment, involving liaising with senior partners and presenting polished, and compelling story telling through visual aids
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, or business development
- Proven ability to build and scale external partnerships that drive measurable growth
- Experience or understanding of youth, student, newcomer segments, including differences between domestic and international student needs
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Risk-aware mindset / applying sound risk judgement in business decision making
- Experience working with post-secondary institutions, youth ecosystems, or community organizations
- Background in banking, financial services, or customer growth environments
