Position Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Work Location: Round Lake, IL, 60073
Assignment Duration: 12 months- possibility of extension/conversion
Work Schedule: 6AM to 6PM Schedule will be 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (2-2-3 Schedule)
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
Responsible for implementing an effective occupational health program at the facility level.
The OHN acts as a business partner to maximize productivity and reduce health related costs. OH program elements include: immediate care for illness and injury, health surveillance, regulatory compliance, case management and health promotion.
Provides healthcare services to employees or persons who become ill or injured at the facility. Practices within the parameters of professional licensure to ensure consistency with legal, labor, regulatory and Corporate requirements.
• Top 2-5 must have skills/experience
Occupational health experience, case management, public health, soft skills, computer skills
• Division and product lines the contractor will work on/with
Drug Delivery Manufacturing which includes Non-Ceph, Ceph, Penicillin, and other areas as assigned.
• Key deliverables and project milestones expected during the assignment
Maintaining medical surveillance compliance, injury/illness intake, case management, and wellness initiatives.
• Preferred tools, technologies, and systems the contractor should be familiar with
Benchmark (Medcare) and Microsoft office
• Team structure and key stakeholders they will interface with
Reports to onsite EHS Associate Director with a dotted line to Global Occupational Nurse. Active member of onsite EHS team.

Candidate must be licensed in IL and be an RN
