Key Responsibilities:

• Lead real estate development accounting across multiple entities
• Review capital gains, installment sales, and real estate tax
• Manage preferred return waterfalls and promote structures
• Oversee lender compliance and bank draws
• Handle monthly close and consolidations
• Train and review staff

Qualifications:

• CPA (active preferred; inactive acceptable if reactivatable)
• 10+ years accounting experience
• Real estate development accounting (not property management)
• Real estate tax in development
• Preferred return waterfalls
• Bank draw / lender compliance experience
• Strong GAAP and multi-entity accounting
