Job Title: Cost Accountant
Location: On-Site near New Philadelphia, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to $100,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities (Cost Accountant):

• Maintain and develop standard costing methods, including setting labor, material, and overhead rates
• Monitor production activity daily and investigate cost variances to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and correct Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings

Qualifications (Cost Accountant):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
