Senior Accountant
Providence, RI (hybrid work schedule)
salary to $130,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Manage the monthly close
• review and deliver construction requisitions and draws
• Prepare year-end audit packages and work with auditors to resolve open items.
• Develop professional relationships both internally & externally
• Train and mentor junior staff members

• 5+ years real estate, construction, or project accounting experience
• experience in the affordable housing space is strongly preferred
• Experience with construction draws and project close process
• BS in Accounting
