This position is HYBRID onsite 3 days/week, with working 2 days/week from home!

What You’ll Do as a Senior FP&A Manager:

• Manage and mentor analysts, aligning goals with business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address financial and operational challenges.
• Provide financial guidance to improve performance and efficiency.
• Advise leadership using models and analysis on strategic decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial systems.
• Develop policies and train staff on financial tools and methodologies.
• Deliver executive-level reports and dashboards.

What We’re Looking For in a Senior FP&A Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years financial analysis, FP&A experience; 3+ years in leadership/managerial roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
