Our client, a well-known organization in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join their team! The Senior FP&A Manager will lead a small team of financial analysts supporting key business units with strategic financial insights and analysis. This position is HYBRID onsite 3 days/week, with working 2 days/week from home!

What You’ll Do as a Senior FP&A Manager:
- Manage and mentor analysts, aligning goals with business strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address financial and operational challenges.
- Provide financial guidance to improve performance and efficiency.
- Advise leadership using models and analysis on strategic decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial systems.
- Develop policies and train staff on financial tools and methodologies.
- Deliver executive-level reports and dashboards.
What We’re Looking For in a Senior FP&A Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years financial analysis, FP&A experience; 3+ years in leadership/managerial roles.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
