About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on finance leader who can manage day‑to‑day accounting while also supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, month-end close, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff; ensure clear delegation and accountability.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
