Human Resources Administrator
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations and employee processes within a structured organizational environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, employee support, and keeping HR functions running smoothly behind the scenes while building deeper HR expertise.

What You’ll Do as the Human Resources Administrator:
Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR and administrative questions
Support recruiting coordination, onboarding paperwork, and new hire logistics
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data
Assist with benefits administration and enrollment tracking
Organize policies, forms, and compliance documentation
Support performance review tracking, training coordination, and communications
What We’re Looking For in the Human Resources Administrator:
2–4 years of HR administration, HR support, or related office experience
Working knowledge of HR policies and basic employment practices
Strong organization and attention to detail
Microsoft Office proficiency; HRIS experience a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
