This role is ideal for someone who loves diving into the details, improving processes, and partnering closely with plant leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Cost Accounting Manager:

• Owning daily accounting functions and assisting with budgets and forecasts
• Producing timely, accurate financial statements for plant leadership
• Monitoring product costs, analyzing variances, and identifying improvement opportunities
• Helping drive continuous improvement across both finance and operations

What Makes You a Great Fit for the Cost Accounting Manager Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 5+ years in manufacturing accounting and strong cost accounting experience
• Comfortable using and navigating ERP systems
• Strong communicator who can influence decisions with data
