Administrative Assistant
Location: Kern County, CA
Pay: $25–$28/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups
- Arrange travel and handle detailed itineraries
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal staff, vendors, and clients
- Oversee general office operations and supply management
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with special projects and confidential matters
- Support basic HR, accounting, or operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (executive support strongly preferred)
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
