About the HR Coordinator Opportunity
This role will support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, recruiting, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. HR Coordinator Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time, including experience with Payroll Plus
The HR Coordinator will assist with recruiting efforts such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
Support HR operations including employee records, onboarding, and compliance
The HR Coordinator will provide backup support to the HR team as needed
Assist with HR reporting and administrative projects
The HR Coordinator will maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities
Qualifications of the HR Coordinator Role
1β3+ years of HR or payroll experience
Payroll processing experience required (Payroll Plus preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Experience in a union environment is a plus
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
