Compensation: $140,000 – $165,000
Bonus: Discretionary

Information Security Manager
Main Job Responsibilities:

• Have a primary focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• Lead the company-wide information security program and team
• Own policies, risk management, and compliance (NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001, NRC)
• Oversee daily security operations (monitoring, vulnerability scanning, controls)
• Manage risk register, audits, and compliance evidence
• Develop annual security plans, budgets, and improvements
• Lead incident response (SIRT member, escalation, communication, lessons learned)
• Provide limited security guidance for OT/ICS systems
• Handle vendor assessments, customer security questionnaires, and contract obligations
• Run security awareness training and culture efforts
• Report metrics and risks to leadership clearly

Information Security Manager
Qualifications:

• 7+ years in infosec, cybersecurity, risk management, or GRC
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, preferred
• Relevant Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, Security+, ISO 27001 Lead
• Experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001/2 or similar
• Broad technical knowledge (networks, cloud, identity, systems)
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance knowledge
• Track record leading audits/assessments/governance
• Experience growing security programs in smaller/fast-growing companies
• Ideal experience in regulated industries (nuclear, defense, manufacturing)
• OT/ICS security knowledge is a plus
