HR Manager
Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000 depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: Lafayette, IN
Key Responsibilities
People & Culture Leadership
- Serve as an on‑site HR partner and advisor to employees and leadership.
- Promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and inclusion.
- Support organizational development and change initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for on‑site roles.
- Lead in‑person onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
Employee Relations
- Provide hands‑on support for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct on‑site investigations and ensure consistent application of policies.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Oversee HR systems, reporting, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage benefits administration, leave programs, and compensation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
