Job Title: Construction Bookkeeper
Location: On-Site in Euclid, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, On-Site (Flexible Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) end early on Friday!
Salary: $60k-$70k depending on experience, full benefits, retirement plan

Key Responsibilities (Construction Bookkeeper):

• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
• Process certified payroll and support compliance requirements
• Assist with job costing and basic financial reporting
• Prepare AIA billing and lien waivers
• Provide general office and administrative support

Qualifications (Construction Bookkeeper):

• Experience with Foundation software required
• Notary Public preferred
