Fund Accountant Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and support month-end close including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with quarterly schedules and accrual updates
• Draft financial statements and support investor reporting
• Coordinate and support year-end audit processes
• Assist with property acquisitions, closings, and debt financing activities
• Maintain fund-level accounting records and ensure accuracy and compliance

Fund Accountant Qualifications:
• CPA preferred
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Real estate, private equity, or property management experience highly preferred
• Experience with Yardi or Sage is a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
