Salary
$125,000–$170,000 base

Key Responsibilities
As the Controller, you will:
Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management
Partner with the CFO on monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external accountants
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for organizational leadership
Qualifications
We are open to a range of strong backgrounds. Ideal candidates for this Controller role will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or Master’s preferred)
Experience leading accounting functions and managing staff
Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or multi-entity environments
Additional Details
Initially on-site, with potential for a hybrid schedule over time
Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems is a plus
