Job Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Arlington, TX 76011
Duration: 3 months (Contract to hire)
Shift:  M-F 9 am – 6 pm, some OT and some after hours • Will there be OC (on call)? Yes • Will there be shift differentials? No •

Description

• Strong Hardware break fix experience
• Large format printer experience
• LaserJet break fix experience
• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA)
• Technician will travel to each clients location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and printer
• Works under general supervision
• Reliable transportation (this is a driving position-reimbursed accordingly)
• Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
• Can work on a ladder4 or lift and are able to lift up to 50 lbs

Basic Needs/Haves

• Able to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position
• Smartphone with tethering/hotspot capabilities (reimbursed within Corporate Guidelines)
• Laptop
• Basic Hand Tools
• Possess a valid driver's license

Preferred NOT REQUIRED

• Comptia A+
• OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
• OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
• Server experience would be a bonus

• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $21 per hr
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Anywhere from 30 to 75+ per day
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Techs need to live in the zip code 76011 or in a zip code adjacent to 76011.
