Job Title: Retirement Programs Manager (Contract)
Location: Paramus, NJ 07652
Duration: 6 months Assignment
Work Model: Fully Onsite
Provides day-to-day support across all aspects of 401(k) and pension retirement plan administration, including execution of operational tasks and support for Workday readiness, testing, and go-live activities.
Primary Duties

Manage Retirement Programs: Execute activities for both qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, supporting employees, HR partners, and managers by researching inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations in a timely, customer-focused manner.

Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Partner with legal counsel and external service providers to ensure compliance with all applicable retirement plan regulations, including preparation and coordination of required filings, audits, reports, and plan documentation.

Coordinate Compliance Activities: Organize and support fiduciary committee meetings, required compliance testing, audits, and related activities to ensure ongoing plan governance and operational effectiveness.

Support Daily Operations and Workday Go-Live: Collaborate with HR Services and HR Systems teams to address day-to-day operational questions, system testing, issue resolution, and go-live support related to Workday implementation.

Support Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and participate in projects across HR Operations, Shared Services, Benefits, Business Units, Labor Relations, and external vendors to support retirement program initiatives.

Maintain Program Documentation: Ensure retirement programs, processes, and controls are thoroughly documented and maintained, upholding high standards for service delivery, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
