Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript), Selenium (Java), Appium, Cypress, and other tools.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Java, JavaScript, and C#.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Conduct performance testing and infrastructure support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolution of issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team leadership.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, risks, and quality metrics.
- Support manual testing and articulate complex requirements for test case creation.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
- Strong experience with Playwright (TypeScript), Selenium (Java), and integration testing.
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
- Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration.
- Strong manual testing and API testing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in life insurance, finance, or related industries.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and cloud-native tools.
- Experience with Browserstack or similar cloud services.
- Strong soft skills and ability to mentor within a POD structure.
- Experience with low code solutions such as TOSCA and MABL
