Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Operations Director
Location: Roswell, GA
Duration: Direct Hire
Role Overview:
The Manufacturing Operations Director will assume full responsibility for turbojet engine manufacturing operations, with accountability for production performance, quality, safety, and leadership effectiveness.
This role is being opened to address a leadership and communication gap within the current structure. Success in this position requires a leader who understands interdependent operations, communicates clearly across functions, and drives alignment between manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations while maintaining aerospace quality and regulatory standards
- Oversee and develop a team of 5 direct reports
- Drive Lean process improvements to support high-volume production
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure AS9100 compliance and consistent quality execution
- Manage manufacturing budgets and resource allocation
- Champion safety, accountability, and performance metrics

- Comfortable leading change and elevating team performance
- Strong presence with the ability to influence without creating friction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related)
- 10+ years of aerospace manufacturing leadership experience
- AS9100 and a regulated manufacturing background
- U.S. Citizenship required (defense-related work)
