Hours of Operation: 9-5 EST

Job Description:
- Will support the remediation of Operational Risk Policy documents.
- Leverage existing policy documents - mapping to current BMO policies
- Writing documents from scratch - operational risk management
- Uplift framework policies to new expectations

Must Haves:
- 8+ previous financial services/banking experience
- 8+ years ability to write policy documents and end-user documentation
- Understanding of operational Risk Management
- Ability to review, revise documents

Nice To Haves:
- Policy remediation and policy uplift
- Top 5 banking

Education:
- Post secondary

Interviews:
- Round 1: virtual with HM - 45 minutes
- Round 2: virtual with Team members - 30 minutes
- Round 3: virtual with Stakeholder check - 30 minutes
- Possible case study
