Title: Bodyweld Chassis Tech 
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Georgetown, KY

 Job Description:

• The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect and confirm new or modified equipment for manufacturing production. 
• On-site robot programming and interlocking 
• Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended. 
• Prepare and confirm new Body weld equipment at the vendors 
• Support Seibi weld machine activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to the start of production 
• Develop equipment countermeasures during setup/trials 
• Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada, and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays. 
• Degree in Industrial Maintenance-related field 
• 1+ years of Client PE Seibi experience 
• 3+ years of Automotive experience 
• Experience with mentoring and/or technical training  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Offline and/or online robot programming 
• Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended 
• Prepare and confirm new Body weld Chassis equipment at the vendors 
• Support the weld machine Seibi Chassis activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to the start of production 
• Develop equipment countermeasures during setup/trials 
• This position will be covering Region 1  Chassis - Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada, and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, and Mexico.  Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
