Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Job Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 12 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, PST hours
 
Summary:

• This job contributes to client success by preparing and inputting payroll data so that partners are paid accurately and on time. Models and acts in accordance with client’s guiding principles.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cycle Processing.
• On and Off Cycle (and separations).
• Communication as needed.
• Validates understanding of communicated guidance.
• Identifies gaps or enhancements and proposes changes.
• Guides stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Ensures customer understanding of payroll information (partners outside of our team).
• Uses best practices on payroll ops processes and escalates concerns.
• Identifies learning opportunities to enhance expertise.

Technology requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel exp required).
• Smartsheets.
• SAP (preferred) HR software exp will suffice.
• Success Factors (preferred). 

Years of experience & certifications:

• 2+ years of payroll experience, the more exp the better.
• Separation, Banking, Cycle Processing, potentially bonus, garnishments, multi state, full cycle processing including time entry,
• N/A, but certifications are nice to have.

Required Background & Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication (written and verbal).
• Analytical, can work independently or as part of a team.
• Separation, Banking, Cycle Processing, potentially bonus, garnishments, multi state, full cycle processing including time entry.
