Job Title: Quality Control Assurance - Loan Operations
Location: Chicago, IL 60604
Duration: 3 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, 9am - 6pm CST
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week
 
Project Overview:

• The candidate will be assisting the FTE staff at the Chicago Wabash building with administrative and mail processing.
• Provide support for Chicago Loan Processing and Letter of Credit Teams. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Incoming Mail Processing.
• Return Mail Processing.
• Administrative Support for Letter of Credit partners.
• Assist with selected additional functions for Retail and Commercial Processing and possibly Special Handing on a limited basis.
• This will be an Emphasis on low-risk activities to free up additional time for full time partners.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Seeking someone who learns quickly and is extremely detail oriented.
• Looking for someone who is willing to be trained and assist the team.
• Prior experience in a Loan Operations/Processing or Administrative environment would be preferred.
• Past experience with performing administrative duties.
