Job Description:
- The client’s team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. - The Creative Producer’s main goal is to successfully manage the execution of production workflows for various marketing assets, that will ultimately drive both engagement and acquisition across the diverse LOBs- including SVOD, Amazon Originals, Sports, Marketplace, etc- in the region. The Creative Producer acts as the primary point of contact between design teams and country/central stakeholders by dynamically selecting besting fit creative resources (internal or external) for each project allocating creative development and asset production between our different design resources based on the scope of the request.
- Creative Producers are responsible for seeing around corners, identifying campaign risks, strong and frequent communications to partners across teams and offices, providing innovative solutions to timelines and owners, and driving resolution with escalation to leadership as needed, ultimately providing the structure, discipline and momentum to deliver campaigns on target.
Key job responsibilities:
- Primary bridge between creative teams and local and central stakeholders
- Optimize asset production allocation across creative resources
- Improve production scalability and implement process enhancements that enables raising the creative bar
- Translate the strategic vision into precise creative conceptualization and high-quality tactical asset production
- Ensure local accuracy, as well as brand adherence and creative consistency across the region
- Implement quality assurance mechanisms to validate both preliminary mockups and final creative assets, establishing a proactive review to maintain high standards as well as reducing downstream rework and production churn
- Manage end-to-end creative production process by managing project timelines and resources
- Coordinate sourcing, adaptation, and development
- Reduce upstream/downstream workflow roadblocks and resolves creative and technical challenges
- Ensures high-quality timely creative output
