Title: Creative Strategist 
Duration: 3 Months Assignment - Possibly can be extended
Location: 100% Remote (US) - No Preference with timezone.

Description:We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused contractor to join the Creative & Optimization Strategy team for a 3-month engagement. This role will play a critical part in driving efficiencies across our team by managing key workflows, supporting reporting, and helping to establish scalable processes. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is skilled at balancing detail-oriented execution with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilites:

• Facilitate Asset Handoffs: Ensure smooth and timely transfer of creative assets between teams, maintaining alignment and clarity on requirements.
• Update & Maintain Reporting: Manually update reports and dashboards to keep performance tracking accurate and actionable.
• Drive Efficiencies & Automation: Identify gaps in current processes and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability (including automation where possible).
• Process Support: Establish and document workflows that enhance collaboration and reduce bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met and communications remain clear and consistent.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in process development and optimization.
• Comfort with reporting tools and data updates (manual and automated).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving needs, and proactively solve problems.
