Location: Manhattan, NY 10010 (Hybrid) (Monday/Friday Remote, Tues-Thurs - Onsite)
Duration: Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension with the right candidate. Possibly seeking a candidate that is wanting to convert to full-time.
Working Hours: Standard office hours (9:00 AM – 5 PM) one hour lunch

This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managers, and employees, delivering comprehensive HR solutions that align with business goals and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as a proactive thought partner to senior leadership, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, offering credible insights and constructive challenge when needed.
- Utilize workforce analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform talent strategies.
- Collaborate with HR Reporting & Analytics to ensure data is actionable and supports strategic decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to pilot and scale innovative HR solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies Lead the delivery of key HR programs including performance management, succession planning, compensation, and talent development.

- Support strategic hiring initiatives and align recruitment efforts with long-term workforce needs.
- Facilitate leadership development and coaching to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including direct support to senior leaders. Preference that the candidate has worked in a large corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for strategic HR decisions.
- Proven track record in managing employee relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills set.
- Skilled in navigating complex organizational dynamics and leading through change.
