Job Title: Research Compliance Project Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Overview
Research Coordinators help build and scale global research programs & tools to strengthen the impact of our research teams. We drive efficiency, cultivate relationships, increase knowledge sharing, and build capacity within our organization to enable researchers to do their most impactful work. In this role, you will help manage our end-to-end research review processes; working closely with Operations, UX Research, Legal, and Developers on maintaining our operating model and tooling maintenance. As a key member of our operations team, you will utilize a full range of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills in your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Global Research Operations’ team to support the Client’s internal review processes for Research
- Perform administrative duties and support new project initiatives as required to support the Research Operations team
- Triage tooling bugs and provide prompt support and communication to affected review flows in tooling
- Manage and coordinate training documents and materials
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional partners to drive reactive support solutions
- Provide accurate, time-sensitive, and effective assistance to researchers
- Manage communications for ongoing support items, system bugs, and solutions
- Handle escalation requests for projects with tight turnaround times
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, ideally at a tech company or similar
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multitask and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interface across various stakeholders and partners
- Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Experience in understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions
- Familiarity with building and maintaining process documentation
- Familiar with the tooling development process and user-acceptance testing/bug reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical support or product experience
- Prior experience working with User Experience Research, Design Operations, or Compliance
- Experience with foundational data analytics and reporting, ability to pull and sort data and consolidate information from dashboards
