Job Title: Principal Project/Program Manager, Technical
Location: Remote
Duration: 03 Months
 
-Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc)
In addition to systems listed in the JD, deep knowledge of building out and levering SharePoint to streamline processes.
 
What does a typical day look like?
  • Meeting with a limited group of stakeholders to understand existing manual processes. Documenting recommendations, and workflows for automation
  • Building automated processes using available tools. Presenting to stakeholders and Sr. Director.

Scope of Work
The PM will:
  • Lead analysis of manual legal and compliance business processes and identifying cost-effective automated solutions.
  • Build dashboards, workflows, and reporting using Jira, Clarity, FIT, Rally, and Power Platform or other scalable solutions.
  • Design scalable processes aligned to Agile and product-centric lifecycles.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets business, technical, and compliance needs.
  • Provide executive-ready dashboards and program reporting.
  • Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices and tool adoption.
