Title: Strategy Operations Associate
Location: Remote (EST preferred)
Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview:
The Strategy Operations Associate will focus on transforming core operating processes for the Partner Integration team at Client through automation and AI tools. The goal is to eliminate manual processes and/or significantly reduce the time technical account managers spend on manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate and optimize processes such as:
• Tracking implementation timelines and statuses
• Creating knowledge bases to train LLMs
• Building dynamic tracking of current accounts and how they leverage Clients products and services
• Other process improvement initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, technical, and operations teams to drive operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot and investigate data using SQL and system integrations
• Implement AI tools and scripts to improve operational workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Operational:

• Proven track record of enhancing process flows via automation
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams

Technical:

• Software platforms: JIRA, Tableau, Sigma (or similar dashboarding systems), Salesforce, Confluence, Asana
• AI tooling experience: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Scripts, Cursor
• Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting and self-service data investigations
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and ETL preferred

General:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, IT, tech, consulting, or business solutions/analyst roles
