Position Title: Quality Improvement Specialist I

Work Location: Remote – Texas

Assignment Duration: 3 months with extension

Position Summary:

• Medical record collection and downloading medical records from EMR systems.

• Chasing medical records all of the time.

Candidate Requirements

• Education/Certification

  • Required: high school diploma required.

  • Preferred:

• Licensure

  • Required: i.e RN, BSN, LPN, etc.

  • Preferred:

• Years of experience required

• Disqualifiers

• Best vs. average

• Performance indicators

  • Must haves: Basic understanding of Microsoft products. Specifically excel (basic knowledge)

  • Nice to haves: medical records experience.

  • Disqualifiers: Live out of Texas or cant work excel.

  • Performance indicators: good tenure in roles. We do a lot of training and we hope someone would stay on for the ull contract ime.

• Top 3 must-have hard skills

  • Excel

  • General office work

  • Work with Medical records.
