Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Clinical Experience Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a PMP certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee projects focused on AI implementation.
Utilize ServiceNow for project management.
Communicate effectively with various teams and leadership.
Work independently and manage workload efficiently.
Collaborate with vendor partners on AI solution tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in project management.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with ServiceNow is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with G Suite is helpful but not critical.
Exposure to AI and machine learning projects is advantageous.
Exposure to project implementations within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) highly beneficial
Bachelor's degree required
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and think proactively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive in communication and able to articulate experience clearly with different levels, including leadership and project teams.
Additional Notes:
Candidates should be vetted for their ability to communicate effectively and articulate their experience during interviews.
Experience with AI tools or implementation in healthcare is beneficial.

Agile/Product Delivery Experience
Service Now experience 2+ years
Be able to lead calls
Strong listening skills
Must be flexible to work in Central time zone
Looking for a PM with PMP certification, background in working in an agile environment. Skillsets/background to include working in Service Now, Google Cloud Platform projects, Integrations, Security Protocols.
