  • Looking for a highly seasoned HR Technology Management Product Owner to drive the evolution of People and Culture Organization through elevating experiences across systems, processes, and strategies.
  • This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation, integration, and enhancements for our HCM system particularly for L&D and Total Rewards – and overseeing the end-to-end processes on a global scale, across brands.
  • As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with global business partners, HR teams, IT, Finance, Legal and external vendors to ensure we are building scalable, efficient, and effective solutions that align with our company's strategic goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
· Strategic Leadership & Vision:
  • Lead and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for system enhancements, focusing on global implementation and optimization the employee experience (Oracle) and related talent processes.
  • Own the global execution of L&D and TR roadmap, system strategy, ensuring alignment with clients broader talent and organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership across functions to prioritize key initiatives and ensure seamless execution across regions.
 
· Talent & System Implementation:
 
  • Manage and lead the implementation of Oracle’s HCM talent, total rewards and L&D (learning pool) across global regions, ensuring best practices in configuration, optimization, and user experience.
  • Spearhead system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives to support evolving business requirements driving best practice and standard processes
  • Own the system integration with other HR technologies, ensuring seamless data flows and consistent employee experience.
 
· Data & Analytics:
 
  • Leverage data insights to measure system effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on the performance of key metrics highlighting areas for improvement and innovation.
 
· Stakeholder Management & Communication:
 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Talent, total rewards, and L&D-related matters, ensuring clear communication with global teams, business leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with D&T, CPO’s, HR, and other relevant functions to ensure alignment and resolve any cross-functional challenges related to systems and processes.
 
Key Qualifications:
 
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role managing modules/enhancements technology, systems, and processes.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Guided Learning configuration, Jira user stories, backlog management and implementing prioritized initiatives and processes on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving People & Culture initiatives and system implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, Talent, Total Rewards and L&D workflows, data management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management and product management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and influence process alignment and standardization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing competing priorities.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
