Title: Senior Manager - Clinical Data Management
Duration: 12 months
Location: Fully Remote
Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Details: Utilizing extensive clinical data management experience in study start-up, conduct, and closeout you will oversee the data management deliverables across assigned therapeutic area (TA) programs or projects, and partner with cross-functional study teams and FSP. You will focus on timely quality delivery, as well as consistency across the Global Study Operations Data Management (GSO-DM) components.
Responsibilities include:
Skills: Extensive experience in clinical data management activities within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry and to apply the general processes to assigned process improvement activities. Direct oversight experience is required, and intimate knowledge of data management study start-up, maintenance and closeout is essential.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience
OR
Master’s degree and 6 years of experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above.

Job Details: Utilizing extensive clinical data management experience in study start-up, conduct, and closeout you will oversee the data management deliverables across assigned therapeutic area (TA) programs or projects, and partner with cross-functional study teams and FSP. You will focus on timely quality delivery, as well as consistency across the Global Study Operations Data Management (GSO-DM) components.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee GSO-DM Project Leads working on studies within a program to ensure delivery of all timelines and deliverables for the GSO-DM components on time and to a high standard of quality
- Plan and lead all aspects of GSO-DM activities for various TA programs, projects
- Risk, Resource, Strategic Portfolio, Quality and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a subject matter to ensure best practices in all GSO-DM processes and to ensure consistency within and across programs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive forward
- Evaluate the resourcing levels in partnership with FSP to ensure appropriate distribution and accountability for delivery of the portfolio demands.
- Contribute to the process and/or technical implementation of GSO-DM strategies
- Participate in cross functional key projects and/or working groups
- Develop, review, and implement policies, SOPs and associated documents affecting DM globally
- Provide technical and business process input / expertise and leadership on process improvement activities, new and emerging technologies
