Job Title: Programmatic Marketing / Performance Marketing Specialist
Duration: 12 Months Assignment
Location: 100% Remote - US

Job Description:
Client is looking for an extraordinary Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive and scale new user growth through our Programmatic channels in US and international markets. As a member of the Demand Generation team, you'll influence Programmatic strategy across our core payments business and SaaS products. You will take a data driven approach, increasing efficiency through optimizations and testing. You will report to the Marketing Performance Lead.

You Will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Programmatic team members to develop acquisition (lower funnel) and brand awareness (upper funnel) strategies that support the needs of different country markets.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key publisher partners, which includes negotiating favorable deals and ensuring optimal programmatic best practices.
  • Own daily on-platform DSP campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor dashboards and key reporting tools to understand channel effectiveness and react to changes in CPA, ROI, LTV and other channel metrics.
  • Surface opportunities for testing and improvements based on daily, weekly and monthly trends.
  • Work cross-functionally (creative, product marketing, brand) with a Programmatic lens to educate and put our best foot forward to meet acquisition goals and initiatives.
  • Develop strong partnerships with our agency and other programmatic partners to ensure strategic alignment, best practices and uncover testing opportunities.

You have:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability with programmatic advertising - both direct and via DSPs.
  • Hands-on keyboard experience in DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, etc) and ad servers (CM360)
  • Experience building and managing successful partnerships with publishers.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and optimizing towards multiple KPIs
  • A firm grasp of analytics, testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
  • Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A desire to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • A passion for marketing, staying up to date on industry and platform news
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Education: 
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
