Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator III

Summary:
As a Technical Support Lead, you will be a critical member of an internal operations team supporting novel research devices. You’ll ensure that all the technical support needs of the team are met to enable our ambitious research programs to succeed. You will need a blend of project management and operations acumen to collaborate cross-functionally. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders, and ensuring tactical progress is made towards team goals. Our team consists of varying levels of experiences and backgrounds. Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less so than your abilities. This is a 100% onsite position based in our Redmond, WA location.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- This role will work closely with Technical Program Managers, Research Coordinators, Research Scientists, and Research Assistants. The individual in this role is responsible for:
- Spearhead new mechanism and processes for technical debugging, triaging, and root cause analysis in up and coming devices.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide status reports on technical issues and resolution.
- Follow technical issues through from initial triage to resolution, working closely with engineers, researchers, and developers to resolve issues.
- Provide 1-on-1 technical support for company executives using this research device for the first time.
- 3+ years of project management, operational support, data collection management experience, or other relevant experience.
- 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in systems engineering and/or QA support role.
- Experience with Java/Kotlin/Android and ReactNative.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
- Demonstrated experience with human subjects research, data collection, lab management, research support, or operations management in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building medium to large scale systems and services.
- Experience managing multiple complex workflows and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, computer science, business administration, or related field.
