Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Deerfield, IL 60015
Duration: 12 Months


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drives technical integration by collaborating with cross functional teams to establish connectivity between other products and third-party software(s).
  • Implements business requirements by defining application interfaces based on needs identified and communicates specification with the cross functional team and integration partners.
  • Works with a cross-functional team to resolve conflicts and drives decision making by working closely with TL (Technical Leader) and architecture office.
  • Collaborates with Enterprise IT and operation teams for successful deployment and monitoring of software applications in the AWS cloud environment.
  • Participates in software development activities for web application design, web services, database design, platform upgrades etc.
  • Coordinates and drives execution of integration activities with the distributed global teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors in computer science, Software Engineering or similar and 5 -7 years of product development experience.
  • Must be able to provide solutions that reflect understanding business objectives, voice needs of cross functional teams into the platform organization.
  • Strong organization and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and persistence when the need arises.
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Software Design Patterns.
  • Experience collaborating with virtual teams & multiple development centers.
  • Experience with Agile Development and Scrum methodologies
Must Have
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing microservices using Spring (Java), Node JS , Kubernetes, Docker, AWS Lambda (Serverless)
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in scripting languages like Phyton and SPA frameworks (Vue, Node or React)
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing & implementing API’s using Open API specifications deployed on AWS Cloud.
  • Experience in implementing OAuth (Preferably using OKTA)
  • Experience in developing Hybrid Mobile Apps using React/Vue and Capacitor as native bridge.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Liferay DXP Platform.
  • Knowledge of IoT, Cloud (AWS), Hybrid Mobile App development and Cybersecurity technology will be an advantage.
