Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join a Patient Service Center (PSC) in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience and be comfortable working in a team-based environment with a high daily patient volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 40 blood draws per day.
• Provide professional and compassionate patient service in a Patient Service Center environment.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and safely.
• Follow established procedures for specimen collection and handling.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Completion of a phlebotomy course.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable handling approximately 40 draws per day.

Training

• Approximately 1 week of training will be provided at the start of the assignment.

Interview Process
